Pricing FAQ
Our pricing is based on the number of employee transmissions you make to the ATO. Each plan includes a set number of employees in the base fee, with additional employees charged at the specified rate. For example, with Single Touch Lite, you pay $7.50 per month per ABN, which includes your first 30 employee transmissions. If you have 40 employees, you'd pay $7.50 + (10 × $0.25) = $10.00 per month.
No. Single Touch doesn't charge any setup fees, and we don't lock you into contracts. You can cancel at any time, and you only pay for what you use. There are no upfront payments required for any of our services.
If you already have a payroll system and just need to send STP reports to the ATO, Single Touch API is ideal. For businesses with simple needs that want a manual upload option, Single Touch Lite is perfect. If you need a complete payroll solution with STP reporting built-in, Single Touch Plus offers the most comprehensive features.
To keep our Single Touch Lite prices as low as possible, we offer a discount for customers who pay via Direct Debit. If you choose not to use Direct Debit for your Single Touch Lite subscription, there's an additional $9.50 admin fee applied to your monthly subscription to cover the additional processing costs. This fee only applies to the Single Touch Lite product.
