A separate agreement governs delivery, access and use of the Services (the “Software as a Service Agreement”), including the processing of any messages, files or other content submitted through Services accounts (collectively, “Customer Data”).

  • Processing payroll
  • Reporting payroll information to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as per STP regulations

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or to protect the rights and property of Single Touch. This may include:

  • Disclosures to the ATO as required by STP regulations
